This class will help you relieve tension and boost energy. Participants must be comfortable getting down to and up from the floor. Mats are needed. This class is recommended for students who want a more challenging workout. The chorus learns to sing in harmony to favorites and popular Broadway tunes to new contemporary songs. Usually twice per session (participation optional) the chorus performs for residents at a nearby nursing home, hospital, or senior facility. Music truly does lift the spirit and feed the soul.  Music pick up is scheduled for Tuesday, December 29th from 10a-10:30a.  This class is held via Zoom.  You must have access to a smart phone, tablet or computer with audio and video capability.
