Description

A 40 min class that starts with a warm-up and light cardio work followed by a full body sculpting workout. This class works all muscle groups with a variety of strength and conditioning exercises.  This class tones upper and lower body using resistance, hand weights and your own body weight.  Participants will need hand weights, a resistance tubing, a yoga mat and regular sneakers.  Register for this class if you plan to join via Zoom.
