Would you like to learn some yoga that doesn’t require you to feel like a pretzel, or even have you lie on the floor? Gentle Yoga introduces you to a program where you can integrate mindful stretches, balance, breathing and relaxation into a healthful home practice. A chair allows you to do various yoga poses by acting as an “elevated” floor. There will be no floor work unless you choose to do it. You will experience gentle range-of-motion postures that will lubricate your joints and increase your flexibility, along with relaxation and breathing techniques that will help to quiet your mind. Class is taught via Zoom. You must have a computer/tablet/phone with video and audio capability.
