The Race into the Air. Ever since man saw birds fly, they have been envious of their freedom of the air. But the invention of flight was nowhere near as simple as creating a lightbulb. But for a species that will believe almost anything, a huge number of people cried fake. Followed by an equally large number of fakes claiming they did it first. But in the end, it wasn’t the guys with the money and connections who succeeded; it was a pair of bicycle repair guys with no money still living in their parent’s house.
