Chardonnay is ubiquitous, and one often hears phrases such as “anything but Chardonnay.” That assumes a uniformity to these wines that is not accurate. In this class, we will explore a range of Chardonnays from various countries and with various production methods that will demonstrate the versatility of this grape. RSVP by 7/24 at noon.
