Robert Redford was nicknamed “The Sundance Kid” for his eponymous role in the 1969 film, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. He retained that nickname throughout his career for the youthful vigor he put into all his projects and his founding of the now influential annual Sundance Film Festival. After Redford’s passing in 2025, we thought he would pay tribute to this influential maverick of the cinema with screenings of four memorable Redford films.
