Description

Rescue of the Death March Survivors   It was called The Great Raid. And it happened on January 30, 1945. Led by US Army Rangers and now forgotten Philippine Guerillas, they rescued American prisoners of war in the Cabanatuan prison camp in the Philippines before the advance of Gen. Douglas MacArthur’s forces caused the Japanese to move them to Japan or, more probably, kill them.  Please register for this class if you are interested in participating via Zoom only.  You must have access to a computer/tablet/phone with audio and video capability.
