Travel back in time as one of our knowledgeable docents leads you through the Granger Homestead & Carriage Museum. Learn about Gideon Granger, the longest serving Postmaster General of the United States, and the four generations of Grangers who lived in this magnificent home on over 12 acres of land. Tour the Historic Home, hear the story of the Granger Legacy, and journey through the outbuildings that include the Hubbell Law Office and 3 carriage barns. The Gift Shop level of the Home and the First Floor, as well as the First Floor of 1 Barn, and the other 2 Barns are handicap accessible. However, the Second Floor of the Home, Law Office, and Second Floor of 1 Barn are not Handicap Accessible. There is a slideshow/video on the First Floor of the Home that can be viewed in place of going up the stairs. RSVP by 9/18 at noon.
