Description
This course involves participants in review and discussion of current national and international events. Participants read about, watch, and/or listen to reports of current events before class. You are encouraged to bring facts, insights, and interpretations into our discussions. Our aim is to assist in recognizing and understanding the variety of facets of an event, and their implications. Each participant will organize and lead a 30 minute session on a related topic of interest to them. Please come with an open mind and willing to engage in a respectful discussion.
