Cava, Prosecco, Champagne, oh my! If you’re curious about those tiny bubbles in your glass but have been too shy to ask, now’s your chance to travel the world of stylistic distinctions! We will be discussing sparkling wine varieties, methods, and more. Cheese will be paired appropriately with wines. Instructors: Holly Howell, wine columnist and Certified Sommelier, and Ann Duckett, cheese educator and proprietor, Little Bleu Catering & Events. Registration deadline is 4/8/22.
