During this workshop participants will distinguish between positive and negative stress, identify signs and symptoms of stress, develop techniques for stress management prevention and intervention, specify how to integrate humor into the personal and professional life, develop an action plan to reduce stress and maximize mirth. Ginny Hronek, of Dynamix Training and Consulting, has been teaching stress management and humor for over twenty years.
