This will be a beginner-level Pilates workout and will include other flexibility, range-of-motion, toning, and balance exercises. Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, mind and body awareness, postural alignment, and muscle tone. This class will help you relieve tension and boost energy. Participants must be comfortable getting down to and up from the floor. Mats are needed. This class is recommended for students who want a more challenging workout. (Pilates is NOT recommended for those with osteoporosis). Class is taught via Zoom. You must have a computer/tablet/phone with audio and video capability.
