Visit one of the largest and oldest public markets in the country. Join us for a 1 hour tour of the Rochester Public Market on a Thursday morning. Thursdays are shopping days at the Market, but not as busy as Saturdays. This gives you the opportunity to learn and see more of what makes this Market so interesting. Your guide will take you through the Market area, meet some of the vendors, point out many of the murals and art that enhances the space as well as explore the shops around the edges. See the old and the new parts of the Market. Learn about who works here, what the Market was and maybe purchase something from one of our vendors. Walking shoes and appropriate weather-related clothing is best for this outdoor walk. RSVP by 9/13 at noon.
