Description
Pinot noir is a finicky grape that grows in cool climates. It is also remarkably impressionable and takes on the characteristics of the region in which it is planted (terroir). In this class, we will examine a series of Pinot noirs from various countries throughout the world, examining the similarities and differences and how the terroir influences these differences.
