Description
In this session, we will explore the “magic” of wine tasting and learn how experts are able to identify so many characteristics of a wine in a blinded fashion. We will use this tasting technique as the initiation point for an exploration of wine making, beginning with grape growing, moving through wine making options, and finishing with options for barrel and bottle aging that will serve as an overview for general wine appreciation. Registration deadline is 3/21/23 at noon.
