Description
In this series of 4 lectures, we will explore a wide ranges of wines from around the world. We will address the process by which various types of wines are made, and how winemakers and grape growers adjust various steps along the way to create that vast array of flavors and styles. Of course, we will taste representative examples throughout each of the presentations. Take one or all four! Registration deadline is 9/6/24 at noon.
