Description
Three Days in the Wrong Place at the Wrong Time. No one wanted to fight here. The town is not a strategic target for anyone. Still, the entire operation saw 57,000 people off the battle rolls and lasted for three days. And this during a time when one day usually determines the outcome of any engagement. The battle went from almost total Confederate victory to a massive defeat. It’s probably had more written about it than any other three days in history. But it’s a major turning point in American military history. Please register for this class if you are interested in participating via Zoom only.
