Description
This course is aimed at those who have completed at least the equivalent of high school French 1. Emphasis will be on the communication skills of listening and speaking with gradual introduction of longer reading passages with the aim of building vocabulary and fluency. Students who have not completed the beginning course will need permission of the instructor to register. Please contact Oasis Rochester before registering and we will get you in touch with Kevin. Class is taught via Zoom. You must have a computer, or smart phone, or tablet with video and audio capability, and a printer/copier/scanner for class materials. The texts used are: ‘Bien Dit!’ French 2 (2013 edition), its two accompanying workbooks, and ‘Workbook in French Two Years,’ by Eli Blume and Gail Stein. (Third edition).
