Description

For those who like cardio and dancing variety, this class is for you!  A different exercise with each song — Zumba, kickboxing, hi/lo aerobics, abs, core & much more.  Our only goal is to move for an hour and burn calories!  No equipment needed.  Wear sneakers and be on safe, open flooring.  Class is presented via Zoom.  You must have a computer/tablet/phone with audio and video capability.
