This class is an energetic but doable, low-impact cardio and weight-training fitness workout designed not only to be safe for participants with bone density concerns, but infused with a variety of exercises to help increase bone density. Most of the weight-bearing, cardiovascular workout will be done standing.  The goal is to get in 4000 steps in one hour!  Dumbbells and fitness bands will be utilized for the strength exercises. Have a light (2-5 lbs.) pair of dumbells, fitness band and a bottle of water.  Class is held via Zoom.  You must have a computer/tablet/phone with audio and video capability.
