Join us in learning some fundamental belly dance movements – whether you have experience in any other form of dancing, none, or think you have 2 left feet. Belly dance moves flow with your natural ways of moving without putting undue strain on your hips and knees,while we practice low impact moves. Throughout the class, you’ll also learn about the cultural context of the dance and music. Class is presented via Zoom. You must have a computer/tablet/phone with audio and video capability.
