Description

Nine Old Men—Or Worse  Alexander Bickel once called the Judicial Branch “the least dangerous branch.” Boy, was he ever wrong. Some of the biggest blunders perpetrated by the US government were made by the US Supreme Court. Just ask Dred Scott. But the court still thinks it’s perfect. People are human, and humans make mistakes. And mistakes are the mother’s milk of storytellers.  Please register for this class if you are interested in participating via Zoom only.  You must have access to a computer/tablet/phone with audio and video capability.
