Description

(They are NOT all sweet). For much of the last century, Germany produced wines that were largely lacking in style and frequently overly sweet.  However, in the last 10-15 years, in part sparked by climate change, grapes have ripened much more easily in Germany, resulting in very high quality wines that no longer hide beneath a veneer of sugar.  These range from light-bodied white wines to fairly full-bodied red wines.  In this class, we will explore this wines.
