Description
Enjoying wine does not have to be an expensive pleasure! This session will delve gently into the issues of wine economics and will use that discussion to provide an expansive list of types of wines that might provide “good value”. The examples chosen will be compared to more classic varietals in order to broaden horizons. Course participants will sample some of these examples at the end of the discussion and will have a strategy that will enable them to find excellent bargains. We will further discuss the art of pairing wine and food, providing examples of food pairings for each of the wines discussed. Registration deadline is 4/5/23 at noon.
