Description

These ancient exercises are very simple to do yet give excellent results. Using breath work and self-massage methods, these easy to follow movements bring balance and relaxation to the body, mind and spirit alike, while also energizing the practitioner and sharpening their mental focus. The exercises are often prescribed by Tibetan and Chinese physicians and are highly doable for people of all ages, physical conditions and level of experience.
