Description
All classes are based on Hatha Yoga, which is the branch of yoga that focuses on physical techniques and breathing. Each class includes yoga based poses and stretches to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Basic classes are conducted mainly with participants in chairs, combined with some standing. Later sessions may include more standing postures and mat work where appropriate. All participants are encouraged to modify any exercise to meet their individual needs and level of fitness. It is my priority that each session provides a comfortable, supportive environment and feeling of acceptance for every participant. *Please note schedule change. Class begins one week later and ends one week later.
