Description

Jen will teach more advanced range-of-motion postures that will lubricate your joints and increase your flexibility, along with relaxation and breathing techniques that will help to quiet your mind. This class will continue to introduce you to a program where you can integrate mindful stretches, balance, breathing and relaxation into a healthful home practice.  Previous Yoga experience in Jen’s class last trimester or another outside class is required.  Class is taught via Zoom.  You must have a computer/tablet/phone with video and audio capability.
