Description
Meet at area 1 at Hamlin Beach State Park for a walk led by Rosemary Johnson, an avid walker. The walk is approximately a two mile loop on paved surfaces with one small hill, but you can turn around (with a buddy) and walk back sooner if you’d like. The Park entrance fee is waived for ages 62 and older and Rosemary will show participants the site of the old CCC camp after if interested. Please come prepared with comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, a hat, water and sunscreen. Walk will only be cancelled in the event of heavy rain or thunder.
