Description
Many wine producing regions exist in regions with volcanic soils. Perhaps the most famous of these is Mt. Etna in Sicily, which is the home of several fantastic wines. In this presentation, I will explore several wine regions in which the grapes are grown on volcanic soils and we will taste the effects of the soils and the climate on the range of wines presented.
