Tiny Croatia, formerly Yugoslavia with its unparalleled natural beauty, offers us sites from ancient Rome, medieval Forts, walled cities, and ideal locations for “Game of Thrones.” A proud and rich culture offers intriguing stories and legends from Ulysses and St. Paul to US Commerce Secretary Ron Brown, all told through the experiences of your presenter who taught fifteen years for RIT’s American College in Croatia. Our tour will also serve as a companion to classes in Croatian Literature which will come later in this trimesters. Class is given via Zoom.
